How do you learn the properties of your crystals?

Once you learn where crystal properties come from, how do you memorize and actually learn them for your own healing practice? You might think you need to be a walking encyclopedia of crystals, but really what you need to learn is how to tune into your stones’ energies. So it’s less about memorization, and more about hands-on experience and developing your intuition. Once you have some foundational practices and techniques to perform with your crystals, you start to learn through context. First-hand experience is what helps you retain and resonate with this knowledge.

The second part of the class will emphasize the importance of personal experiences and relationship-building with your crystals, i.e. tuning into their energy. You’ll be guided through a mini meditation where you can get some first-hand crystal experience, plus you will receive a bonus worksheet with journal prompts to fill in after you do the meditation!
